SUMMARY:Naturally 7
DESCRIPTION:Certain experiences burn themselves in your memory from the very first encounter. The jaw-dropping audio pyrotechnics that Naturally 7 put on display every night absolutely belong in that category. “A capella group” so vastly underplays what they create onstage that they had to coin a phrase – “Vocal Play” – to more accurately depict what they do. Naturally 7 is more than a tightly orchestrated collection of great singers. They transform their voices into actual human instruments\, effortlessly producing music of any genre. Their vocal choreography is so perfectly interwoven that they compelled the musical maestro himself\, Quincy Jones\, to declare them “The best a cappella group in the world!” Their sonic mastery was on full display in a series of unforgettable performances on “The World’s Best” TV show\, which premiered on CBS immediately following Super Bowl LIII. Hosted by comedian and “Car Karaoke” collaborator\, James Corden\, Naturally 7 reigned supreme as the world’s “Best Group”\, and cemented their singular status among the planet’s musical elite.\nThis was only icing on the cake of a still-vibrant 20-year career\, which includes 3 world tours – nearly 500 shows – with the incomparable Michael Bublé\, shared billing with global phenomenon Coldplay – including a sold out show at the Barclays Center – and owned the spotlight in a pair of national Cheerios commercials. In addition to Bublé\, Naturally 7 has shared the stage with numerous icons\, including Stevie Wonder\, Diana Ross\, Quincy Jones\, Sarah Connor\, Lionel Richie\, Ludacris\, The Roots\, and more. Counted among their world-famous fans are President Barack Obama\, Will.I.Am.\, Ellen DeGeneres\, Craig Ferguson\, Bill and Melinda Gates\, Jay Leno\, Allan Titchmarsh\, Mo’Nique\, Jools Holland\, and Arsenio Hall\, along with countless others.\nWith the release of their latest project\, 20/20\, Naturally 7 comes full circle\, adding a fresh spin on 20 fan favorites\, hand selected by fans the world over. This\, their eleventh studio album\, celebrates their 20th anniversary in the music industry\, giving music lovers all they could hope for\, and then some. For the members of Naturally 7 – “Ricky“ Lee Ricardo Cort\, Rod Eldridge\, Kelvin “Kelz“ Mitchell\, Sean Simmonds\, Dwight Stewart\, Roger Thomas\, and Warren Thomas – it’s a privilege to do what they love and bring so much joy to the hearts of their fans each and every night. It’s exactly what you would expect. When something is pure magic it’s destined to withstand the test of time. SUMMARY:"The President's Own" Marine Band
DESCRIPTION:Tickets available September 5\, 2025\nEstablished by an Act of Congress in 1798\, the United States Marine Band is America’s oldest continuously active professional musical organization. Its mission is unique—to provide music for the President of the United States and the Commandant of the Marine Corps.\nPresident John Adams invited the Marine Band to make its White House debut on New Year’s Day\, 1801\, in the then-unfinished Executive Mansion. In March of that year\, the band performed for Thomas Jefferson’s inauguration and it is believed that it has performed for every presidential inaugural since. In Jefferson\, the band found its most visionary advocate. An accomplished musician himself\, Jefferson recognized the unique relationship between the band and the Chief Executive and he is credited with giving the Marine Band its title\, “The President’s Own.”\nThe Marine Band’s integral role in the national culture and in the government’s official life has affirmed the importance of the arts as a bridge between people. Since 1798\, the Marine Band’s mission has been to provide music for the President of the United States and the Commandant of the Marine Corps. As the only musical organization with that mission\, the Marine Band looks to the future\, viewing its history and tradition as the foundation upon which to build its third century of bringing music to the White House and to the American people. \nEvent Location: 502 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy\, Maryville\, TN\, United States\, Tennessee 37804

SUMMARY:One Night in Memphis - #1 Tribute to Presley\, Perkins\, Lewis\, and Cash
DESCRIPTION:“One Night in Memphis” honors a night in rock and roll history that still lives on today. On December 4th\, 1956\, Carl Perkins\, along with his brothers Clayton and Jay booked a recording session at Sam Phillips Sun Records studio in Memphis\, TN. Carl was to record an old blues song called\, “Matchbox” that the Beatles were to cover as well years later. On the session along with Carl was one of Sam Phillips latest acquisitions to his stable of acts\, a young and cocky piano player from Ferriday\, Louisiana by the name of Jerry Lee Lewis. Not too long after they got a satisfactory take\, Elvis Presley dropped by (a big star already) and listened in. Johnny Cash dropped by as well. A jam session then ensued and the engineer that day\, Jack Clement kept the tape rolling without the knowledge of anyone.\nThe jam session went on for quite a while and at some point during the session Sam Phillips called the Memphis Press Scimitar newspaper and they came by towards the end and shot some photos of it. An Article appeared the next day about the memorable occasion under the headline of “Million Dollar Quartet.” What survives today is a recording of an event that is a momentous eavesdropping on American recording artist icons in their prime; Elvis Presley\, Carl Perkins\, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash all having the time of their life singing country\, gospel and rock and roll songs. It’s a fascinating glimpse of rock and roll in its infancy and shows what these legends all shared in common; growing up in the south and singing gospel music in church. You can also hear a camaraderie between major music stars in their prime\, something that is rare in today’s music business.\n“One Night in Memphis” was created in 2012 by John Mueller\, well known for his long running and successful “Winter Dance Party\, tribute to Buddy Holly\, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper.” \nEvent Location: 502 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy\, Maryville\, TN\, United States\, Tennessee 37804
