Mel Brooks has been making us laugh for almost 70 years. Chances are, you’ve busted a gut at a Mel Brooks movie at least once — maybe dozens of times. In honor of our Trash Panda Players’ shadowcast production of “Young Frankenstein” (Brooks’ spoof of the classic horror movie), we’re taking on the wide and wacky world of Brooks. From Blazing Saddles to Men in Tights, from The 2,000 Year Old Man to Spaceballs, we’ll look at Brooks’ iconic comedies. Everyone who plays will get an extra door prize ticket for the upcoming performances of “Young Frankenstein”!
