America Recycles Day

Join Keep Blount Beautiful for America Recycles Day on Saturday, November 8th from 9 AM- 12 PM at the Blount County Highway Department. America Recycles Day is an annual drive-through collection of various items for proper recycling or reuse, including electronics, secure documents, housewares, toothbrushes, eyeglasses, and more.

This year Keep Blount Beautiful is partnering with the Blount County Highway Department to encourage household recycling and household hazardous waste disposal at the Blount County Recycling Center in conjunction with the America Recycles Day event.

After the event, join KBB for a tour of the recycling center and glass recycling operations at 12:15 PM.
