Will G. Lenoir, a passionate collector with a deep appreciation for the past, dedicated over 60 years of his life to preserving the treasures that embodied the hard work and ingenuity of a bygone era. With a heartfelt desire to ensure that the rapidly changing times would never erase the legacy of everyday life, he generously donated much of his collection to the State of Tennessee for permanent display.
