Deepfakes are highly realistic manipulated videos or audios that can deceive viewers into believing false information or fabricated events. Discover the signs of a deepfake, gain essential skills to verify digital media, and learn practical strategies to identify and combat deepfake content online.
All technology classes are taught both in-person and online with an option to join via Zoom. Participants must register for class and indicate how they prefer to participate.

Participants should have a basic understanding of how to use a computer and it’s touchpad or a mouse. Once you register, you will receive an automated confirmation email. You will also hear from the instructor the day of class with instructions about how to join the Zoom class if Zoom is your preference. If you need a laptop to use, please contact the instructor IN ADVANCE of the class you wish to take.
