Return & Refund Policy
We use Printful to fulfill all orders placed through our store. Because each item is made on demand specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyerโs remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your orderโsuch as a damaged product, a manufacturing error, or an incorrect itemโweโll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@letsbeblount.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Weโll work with Printful to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the address provided was incorrect or the package was unclaimed and returned to the sender, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size or color. Please check our size charts carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for misprinted, defective, or damaged items. Unauthorized returns sent to Printful or our address will not be processed.
