Townsend Abbey

A beautiful morning of yoga in the great room at the Abbey, mimosas and even grab some lunch after yoga. $20 includes yoga and a mimosa (or tea or soda). Yoga is a beginner friendly practice and appropriate for all levels. Additional items are available for purchase. Bring your mat or one will be provided!
