Have you always wanted to learn how to sew on a machine, or renew your sewing skills? This is the class for you! Come learn how to machine sew a fleece snuggle wrap. Your Fleece Snuggle Wrap will be perfect for people who need a quick cover for kids in car seats, wheel chair users, or folks who just like a little wrap for cold winter days. Finished size 50×60. All materials will be provided. However, if the registrant would like to bring their own fabric; then they will need 2 50×60 pieces of coordinating fleece fabric.
This class is designed for the older, beginner and open to people ages 8 and up.
All class supplies, notions, and equipment will be provided. A variety of fabrics in all colors and prints will be available to choose from and is included in the class fee.
Our Instructor, Miranda, has decades of teaching experience with both kids and adults. She loves sharing her talents with others- especially in Appalachian heritage crafts and sewing.
All materials provided, including sewing machines and fabric. Students may optionally choose to bring their own fabric if desired.
This is a 2 hour, beginner class using a sewing machine, but available to all skill levels.
