Bill Shinn will be creating art live all Labor Day weekend. No need to RSVP, just stop by and enjoy. Bill will be creating a new etching, showing each step and he will demonstrate preparing paper to inking using the etching press. His etch will celebrate the rich heritage of the Smoky Mountains and feature a black bear in the local Peaceful Side of the Smokies.
