A Smoky Mountain H-D Project Ridemore group ride departing from Maryville to two historic covered bridges. The Harrisburg Covered Bridge is a historic wooden bridge built in 1875, featuring a traditional king post truss design. The Emert’s Cove Historic Covered Bridge was built in 1997 in honor of Frederick Emert, who with his family were the first settlers in the area in 1790.
